Boot Camp Training River North

Power Plate group training
Starting January 1 2008 we are offering Power Plate group training sessions. Cardio at Chicago lakefront
Last Sunday morning was perfect for fitness activity at the lakefront. Without having had any breakfast( except for some supplements) I headed over to the lake on my bike at around 9 am.
