Increased strenght in 8 weeks

Here is a easy way to increase your overall body strength in 8 weeks. Start in week one by using mostly basic multi-joint and compound exercises such as Squats, Bench press, Shoulder press, Bent rows and Pull-up. Figure out what your 1 rep is for each exercise. Start in week one at 60 % of your max weight and perform 3 sets of 12 reps. Each week you increase your weight by 5 % lowering your rep range by two and adding a extra set every two weeks. When you get to the sixth week you will perform 2 reps for 5 sets at 85% of your max weight. The following week you test your self again for a 1 rep max weight. You will see that you are stronger and that you are able to lift more weight! In week 8 you start the same cycle allover again but this time your 60 % weight will total more then in the first cycle, mission accomplished.
