This is what sets us apart from the Power Plate institute, our 30 minute sessions do not exclude weight resistance training.The Power Plate training room, which features 3 air Pro Plates, is located inside Symmetry Chicago’s Premier trainers gym. We currently accommodate 8 Power Plate certified trainers all of whom have different specialties such as; sports performance and golf.
