Tired of sitting inside and feeling fat? Good news….starting this Wednesday you can put some air in those bike tires or lace up a pair of walk/running shoes and hit the trails. The weather is going to improve for the better and we can finally stop hibernating.
Let us know if you need a little help getting ready for all of your summer activities. Golf, volleyball, baseball, triathlon or marathon all athletes are welcome for some fine tuning for the season. We offer inexpensive half hour sessions that are fun and very effective in helping you regain your “spring” in your game!
