Chest Circuit
start with one set of pushups followed by shoulder and chest stretches.
Lay flat on a bench and perform 10 dumbell flys with 20 LBS.
Next is the bench press 10 reps with 135 Lbs.
incline bench press 10 reps with 125 Lbs.
decline bench press 10 reps with 40 Lbs dumbells.
Paralell dips weight assisted 10 reps.
Rest for around 1-2 minutes and repeat the entire circuit again. move from one to the next set without any rest. Repeat circuit 3 times. Enjoy the burn!!!
