Breakfast of Kings

6 egg whites, 1 yolk scrambled in skillet with olive oil spray. add 1/2 chickenbreast for extra protein. 1/2 cup of oatmeal, add strawberries and blueberries. 2 slices of toasted Ezekiel bread with almond butter. 1 cup of coffee.
