Cardio at Chicago lakefront

Last Sunday morning was perfect for fitness activity at the lakefront. Without having had any breakfast( except for some supplements) I headed over to the lake on my bike at around 9 am. Once at the lake I stretched the lower and upper body for a good 10 minutes then I started with a run of about 8 minutes of at a slow pace. I walked for 1 minute and then sprinted for about 20-30 seconds, I repeated this fat-burning cycle 20 times. If you are looking to build muscle in your legs in addition to increasing your overall strength you might want to try this fat burning routine twice a week. Fitness tip; bring two small bottles of water, one for each hand while you are sprinting. That way you are sure to stay hydrated with current heat in Chicago.
